Delivery Service

We will endeavour to send all of our goods the same day if ordered by 2pm, and if they are stocked items.

When should you expect your delivery ?
We will endeavour to send all of our goods the same day if ordered by 2pm, and if they are stocked items. You should therefore expect delivery the following day. We will however send a confirmation email with the expected delivery date. For larger goods like soffits, fascias and guttering, please allow an extra 2 days. Deliveries to surcharge areas will also take an extra 2 days. We will send you the delivery details once we have confirmed your order.

Goods will be delivered during the day between 9.30am – 6pm. It is your responsibility that someone is there to collect the goods and sign for them. Please check the goods before signing as the goods may get damaged by the courier.

Excessive Weight and Extra Packaging
Some items will not be under our standard delivery charges. The standard delivery is for goods less than 20kg. If the goods weigh more than this then we may charge you accordingly depending on the weight. Under the same circumstances, more packaging may be needed on some goods as they are more fragile. We will charge accordingly depending on how much packaging is needed. We will contact you if this service is needed by one of our sales team. To proceed with the order you will need to reply to the email with your acceptance that you are willing to pay the amount stated for the extra packaging or delivery charges. Once your email has been received we can proceed with your order and get it delivered to you.

Special Instructions
Our goods are checked twice before dispatch to make sure that the packaging is to the correct standard so that the goods will not get damaged. However, when using a courier service goods will get damaged. It is your responsibility to check the goods and make us aware if damaged or goods are missing.

When the goods arrive please check that the goods are not damaged before signing.

If it is a large item being posted the delivery person may damage the goods. In this case they will write ‘Damaged’ or ‘Missing’ clearly on the delivery note.

Prior to your order being dispatched you will receive an email from us stating the delivery method..

However, the vast majority of deliveries have no problems and so you shouldn’t be too concerned just a little aware of what can happen during the delivery process.

Returns & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order with us if you send an email to with your order number and also name and delivery address. However, orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. We offer a full refund policy for this kind of return.
If the goods are received damaged or the wrong item is sent, please email us with your order number and also your name and address. We will then ask for you to send the goods back to the advised address. We will not pay for any of the charges for returning an item. We can only exchange the item for a new one if the item is damaged. No refunds will be given if the goods have been used so the goods then become un-saleable.
A full refund can be issued if the goods are returned to us 14 days from the purchase date. We will not pay for any charges for the delivery back to us. The goods have to be in the original packaging in perfect condition. Please email us to let us know of any returns.

Breakages & Shortages
Your goods will be delivered by an independent carrier therefore, prior to signing for the receipt of the goods please make sure that any discrepancy or damage are noted on the delivery note you are asked to sign (any claims for discrepancy or damage not clearly marked on the delivery note cannot be accepted) Additionally, Pronto Plastics must be notified in writing of the full extent of the discrepancy/breakage within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
